Nice bed in a twin room with climate control, TV, and a stone fireplace. Twin bedrooms, nice staff.

The parking was convenient and we were provided with a welcome drink and fruit upon arrival. The breakfast included in the price was a great addition. The hotel had multiple elevators available which helped avoid congestion. The staff was welcoming and had a perfect conversation during the reservation process.

The location in a very comfortable area was particularly good and absolutely perfect and there were shopping centers and a market nearby. Located in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were affable and polite.

The room was neat and fairly quiet with breakfast and the staff cooperative! The location of the hotel was favourable - at walking distance from Masjid Taneem. There was a good restaurant within walking distance of the property.

had a great stay in mecca, dar al fayzeen makkah exceeded expectations. clean room, modern bathroom, good service, free bathroom amenities, and close to haram sharif. value for money.

It may be better if the reception knows better English and are better informed. I booked two rooms separately and once I arrived they said I have booking only for one room. Finally they gave me the other room. It will be nice if they maintain the room better.

I chose Dar Al Fayzeen Makkah specifically for its convenient location near the landmarks I wanted to visit. The hotel's customer service agents exceeded my expectations by providing exceptional assistance with security questions and answers. The multilingual staff and front-desk safe added to the sense of security. Moreover, I appreciated the complimentary wireless internet and concierge service, as well as the availability of full breakfasts daily from 7 AM.

Limited room service, rude staff, room cleanliness. Disappointing and lacking rest.

Location was acceptable. Parking is excellent.

Shuttle bus did not operate for every prayer and it takes 15 minutes to get to the Mosque. But if you walk it takes less than 5 minutes. Rooms are clean but toilets are too tiny. Water draining from the sink falls on the ground to drain into another drain - very primitive for ramada!!! Not the International Standard for ramada
